The starting point
We first met this retailer at a U.S. trade show in 2024. The team already sold larger wellness equipment and wanted to add red light products that customers could take home. They needed a supplier who could start with small, mixed quantities, keep the range growing and handle shipping to a single warehouse door.
What we did
- Visited in person. Our team drove to the retailer’s office after the show, and came back again in 2025 to meet the new staff and walk through the latest range.
- Started small. The first order was 50 handheld devices. Later orders added caps, face masks, belts, gloves, shoulder pads and a full-body panel, so the team could test demand before scaling.
- Built a nine-product range. In late 2025 the retailer ordered caps, masks, mitts, back/shoulder pads, arm & calf wraps, belts, leg wraps and more in one pro-forma invoice. A second small order placed after payment was produced alongside it, and both went out in one shipment of five cartons.
- Kept every step visible. Aging tests, packing photos and tracking numbers were shared in one group chat, from order to delivery.
- Stayed on after delivery. When a large panel from an earlier order stopped working, our team reviewed the retailer’s video, identified the faulty power switch and helped them get it running again.
Results
- Six orders since late 2024, from handheld devices to a full wearable range.
- Repeat orders within weeks: a belt reorder in January 2026 (raised from 10 to 12 units, with two sleeping pads added), then a larger mixed order of caps, masks and belts in August 2026.
- Loyal-customer pricing on repeat items as volumes grew.
