The starting point
The founder runs a studio and trains instructors at health clubs, universities and wellness centers. She wanted to test red light panels as part of a new class format before committing to a larger roll-out, and she needed clear, simple answers: price, delivery time and total cost to her door.
What we did
- Kept it simple. One message with the unit price, lead time and shipping cost, with no long documents to dig through.
- Cut the shipping bill. Rather than ship panels one by one from China, we routed stock through a U.S. warehouse, which made the delivered cost to Florida much lower.
- Met at the studio. Our team visited in January 2025 to show the panels in person.
- Supported the first order. Five panels arrived with user guides in every box, and we answered the studio’s set-up questions after delivery.
Results
- Panels in use in the studio’s classes.
- Follow-up requests for more units, and interest in reselling panels to students and other studio owners.
