Samples, timing & order terms
Are samples free?
Samples are available for evaluation. Your quotation confirms sample pricing, shipping, preparation time and any credit toward a production order.
When does the production lead time start?
The quotation sets out the schedule and its starting conditions, including any required sample or artwork approval and payment. Shipping time is confirmed separately for the destination.
What payment and warranty terms apply?
Payment methods, deposit and balance terms, warranty duration, coverage and the after-sales process are confirmed in the quotation and order agreement for your selected product.
