MOQ, samples
and lead times.
Send your model shortlist, destination and estimated order quantity. Ask for quantity tiers for the same configuration so that the quotations can be compared. Minimum quantities depend on the device, packaging and any branding requirements; confirm them in the written quotation.
Samples
agree the sample configuration, quantity, cost and delivery address before ordering. Review the sample against the specification and applicable documents.
Production
confirm component availability, artwork approval and the production schedule for the agreed order. Sample and production schedules are separate.
Shipping
request carton dimensions, gross weight, shipping method and trade terms for the destination. Confirm freight, duties and importer responsibilities rather than assuming they are included in the unit price.
Distribution
agree territory, sales channels, after-sales responsibilities and any spare-parts arrangements. Exclusivity and marketing claims require a separate agreement.
