The starting point
A Finnish importer wanted to evaluate red light panels and wearables for the European market. Two things mattered from day one: market-specific labelling and documentation for each product and its box, and no manufacturer branding on the devices, so the products could be presented under the importer’s own name.
What we did
- Met in Florida. Our team met the importer in January 2025 and handed over first samples in person.
- Removed manufacturer branding. We arranged to move the logo off the panel’s glass touch-screen cover so the importer could show the product to its own customers.
- Prepared for Europe. We coordinated product and box labelling with the importer and assembled documentation for the selected sample configuration. The scope of any EMC, safety, RoHS or FCC report must be checked against the exact model and destination market.
- Photo check before dispatch. Every sample was photographed for approval before it left the factory.
Results
- Positive feedback on build quality and packaging.
- A shortlist of wearables for the next stage: a wireless round cap, LED belts and a multi-color LED mask.
