01 / Documentation

Product test documentation.

Our current range has been tested by an independent third-party laboratory against the standards below. Testing is product-based: each document covers specific models and configurations, including red light caps, belts, wraps, gloves, pads and mats.

EMC (EU)

EN IEC 55014-1/-2 and the EN 61000 series.

Electrical safety (EU)

EN 60335-1, EN 60335-2-27 and EN 62233.

RoHS (EU)

2011/65/EU and (EU) 2015/863, tested to IEC 62321 methods.

EMC (UK)

SI 2016 No. 1091, BS EN IEC 55014 and 61000 series.

FCC (US)

FCC Part 15 Subpart B, tested to ANSI C63.4.

02 / Model matching

Match the documents
to your model.

What you receive: The complete test documents that cover the models you order, a model-mapping letter that links our product names and codes to the models listed in each document, and the current revision and issue date of each document.

Check your sample: Confirm the nameplate, power supply and controller of your sample against the documents before you approve production.

Customized products: If your configuration changes the electronics, power supply or LED layout, we will confirm whether existing documents still apply or whether additional testing is needed.

Review our production and testing process and select the relevant product family: wearables, face masks, hair caps, mats or portable devices.

03 / Your compliance

Selling under
your own brand.

When you place products on the market under your own brand, some compliance steps belong to you as the brand owner. We provide the test data to support them.

European Union and UK: The brand that places a product on the market issues its own Declaration of Conformity and keeps the technical file. Our test documents support both.

United States: An FCC Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity must name a responsible party located in the United States — usually the importer or brand owner. Our FCC test documents support your declaration.

Labels and manuals: We prepare nameplates, markings and user manuals with your brand details for your target market.

04 / Before dispatch

Quality processes.

  • Batch-level testing, with inspection reports available per order
  • Aging (burn-in) and functional testing before shipment
  • Photos or video of testing and packed goods shared before dispatch
