Five light settings.
Three simple steps.
- Power onLong-press the power button. The wrap starts in Low mode with a 10-minute timer.
- Change the light modePress the flame button to move through the five settings below.
- Set the timerPress the wave button to switch between 10 and 20 minutes.
The timer options do not replace the shorter introductory sessions in the supplied manual.

05 / Use & care
Set up a comfortable session.
- Charge & disconnectCharge the built-in battery using the supplied power supply. Disconnect the charging cable before use.
- Position & fastenPlace the wrap on the knee and adjust the straps for a comfortable fit.
- Start lowLong-press to start in low mode. Follow the manual’s introductory timings before progressing to longer sessions.
Introductory timings & safety precautions
The manual specifies five minutes per area for the first three days, then ten minutes for the next three days if there is no discomfort, followed by fifteen minutes before progressing to twenty minutes. Stop at the shorter introductory time even when using the 10- or 20-minute timer. Stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort.
The manual prohibits use during pregnancy, with a pacemaker or other electronic implant, with light sensitivity or photosensitizing medication, and within 72 hours of an acute injury. These are selected precautions; review the complete contraindications and consult a qualified health professional about any medical condition.
Do not use on open wounds, while sleeping, or on areas with impaired sensation. Do not allow children to use the device. Do not apply heat-producing creams or ointments, cover the device during use, crease or fold it, or wash electrical parts with water. The wrap contains neoprene; consult a physician before use if you are allergic to it.
Cleaning & storage
Follow the manual: allow the device to cool, clean the LEDs with rubbing alcohol and a cotton cloth, and let the alcohol dry fully before use. Use the supplied packaging for storage and protect the wrap from creases and folds.

06 / Questions before ordering
A few useful details.
Does the wrap need an external controller?
The listed configuration uses a built-in battery and controls on the device. A separate rechargeable controller is not included in the quoted set.
Can it be used while charging?
No. The device does not operate while the battery is charging. The battery indicator flashes slowly while charging and stays solid when full; five beeps with rapid flashing indicate a low battery.
Does it include massage?
The five settings control light intensity, pulse and breathing modes. A separate massage function is not part of the documented configuration.
What should I confirm before ordering?
Ask for a sample and confirm product fit dimensions, accessories, the charging adapter for your market, packaging, branding requirements and order quantity. Request the documents and measurement conditions relevant to your evaluation.
