01 / Make it yours
Define your private label scope.
Start with an existing product model and separate presentation changes from technical changes. Our private label wellness project includes branded boxes, barcodes and printed user guides.
Logo and finish
specify the device, controller and accessory surfaces, colour references and artwork. Confirm the decoration method and approve a sample.
Packaging
define the box, insert, barcode placement and carton markings. Packaging minimum quantities and artwork approval dates depend on the selected format.
Instructions
agree languages, layout and printing. The instructions must match the final device configuration and intended market.
Configuration
changes to LEDs, controls, power or accessories require engineering review, sample evaluation and a documentation check.
02 / From components to shipment
A closer look at production.

Component Preparation
PCB boards, electronic components, and production materials are inspected and prepared before assembly.

Wearable Assembly
LED modules, controllers, wiring, and wearable structures are assembled with standardized production procedures.

Functional Testing
Each device is tested for power output, controller functions, safety, and overall performance.

Aging Testing
Products undergo continuous burn-in testing to ensure stability, durability, and reliable performance.

Quality Inspection
Finished products receive comprehensive inspection for appearance, function, accessories, and packaging.

OEM Packaging & Shipping
Customized packaging, labeling, and global shipping solutions support worldwide OEM delivery.
03 / Plan your order
Agree quantity and timing before production.
Request separate minimum quantities, sample costs and schedules for the device, decoration, packaging and manuals. Confirm whether a change adds tooling, testing or document updates. A previous project quantity is not a standing minimum for another model.
Submit the model, target market, estimated quantity and branding brief; review the quotation and sample; approve the specification, artwork and documents; then confirm production and shipping dates. Component availability, customization and packaging affect the schedule.
