What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk orders?
MOQ starts at 50 units for panels, 100 units for masks, and 200 units for portable devices and wraps. Pilot orders with lower MOQ are available on selected models to help you test the market before scaling.

Yes, we offer full OEM/ODM services including custom logo printing/engraving, custom packaging design, branded user manuals, and even custom firmware for smart features. Your brand identity is fully supported.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products are FDA registered, CE, FCC, RoHS, and ISO 13485 certified. We also provide UKCA and MDSAP support depending on your target market. Certificate copies and test reports are provided with every order.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes, samples are available. Standard samples are free (you pay shipping). Customised samples incur a fee that is refundable upon bulk order confirmation. Sample production takes 5-7 business days.
What are your shipping and delivery terms?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Bulk production takes 15-30 days depending on complexity. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) takes 3-7 days. Sea freight takes 20-35 days. We also have US and EU warehouses for faster restocking.
What is your quality assurance process?
Every batch undergoes our 37-step inspection process including incoming QC, SMT soldering inspection, functional testing, wavelength verification, aging tests (24-48 hours burn-in), electrical safety checks, and final packaging inspection. AQL 1.0 standard applies to all bulk orders.
Do you offer after-sales support and warranty?
Yes, we offer 1-3 year warranty depending on the product category. Our after-sales team provides technical support, replacement parts, and marketing collateral. We also provide product training materials for your sales team.
Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits. Our facility is in Shenzhen, China. We can arrange airport pickup, factory tour, and face-to-face meetings with our engineering and sales teams. We also offer virtual factory tours via video call.
